Shipping Policy

Welcome to Pure Daisy. We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. 

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order or update your shipping address, please contact us at +1 678 923 6073 or email us at info@puredaisyclean.com by 4:30 PM PST within 24 hours- or the following business day, If needing an order modification, we, unfortunately, are unable to modify orders once placed at this time, so we will proceed to cancel your order for a refund for you to place an order for the correct item.

If your order has shipped and it needs to be shipped to another address, please note we are unable to change the delivery of the package once en route by the carrier. That said, you can request the package to be re-routed to your preferred address by clicking the ‘Manage Delivery’ icon provided in your FedEx tracking link. We cannot guarantee that such re-routes will be successful, so please ensure to double-verify that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Processing

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping

Delivery is expected within 1-2 weeks of the order being shipped.
Currently, we only ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, or Alaska.


* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected time due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.


* Please email us at info@puredaisyclean.com or call us at +1 678 923 6073 within one month of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
